Spike: Can we increase population of intellisense autocompletion?

Intellisense auto completion and suggestions doesn't always trigger immediately/reliably/sensibly to know about possible import from dependencies.

Is there something we could be doing to make it slightly more informed about the contents?

e.g. when writing a plan as someone not familiar with the bluesky stack, I know I need the return type to be MsgGenerator- but I don't know where to find it. Intellisense should suggest `bluesky.utils` rather than saying "No Suggestions"
