Link to build in deploy event

We would like a way to directly link from the log/dashboard to the deploy job, artifact, and maybe source code tag or pull request. These should be optional objects.

The deployment object should take optional parameters for deploy job, artifact location, and source code tag, commit, or pull request.

Start by locating the deployment object and the code that exposes deploy events to the log or dashboard. Trace how deployment data is represented and confirm how optional deploy-job, artifact, and source-code links should appear; done means these links can be supplied optionally and are directly usable from the deploy event.
