Unable to Start DNSCrypt Service in Simple DNSCrypt Application or Windows Services

Description
I click on the DNSCrypt Service but it shows that its loading but does not switch to green, stays in grey and task manager shows in services that dnscrypt-proxy is not stopped, when starting it starts for a second or two, then shows as stopped again,
