tests: test all model enums

in `cyclonedx/model/**/*.py` we define a lot of enums.

we have enum tests, that check that all actual enum cases are defined, and no unknown is defined.
this is done in `tests/test_enums.py`

unfortunately, we dont know if er forgot to test an enum.
this shall be fixed!

add a meta-test that checks that all needed test cases exist.

if any enum was missing, add it.

**Goal** have all model's enums tested for completeness.
