Currently to force a retrain you have to delete the pickled classifier, but it would be nice to allow for passing a flag to retrain

Start by locating the bot's argument parsing and the code that loads or creates the pickled classifier. Add a --retrain path that forces training instead of using the existing classifier, and verify that the bot retrains when the flag is supplied while retaining normal reuse otherwise.
