Establish a code base for the teensy3.6 using PlatformIO
Copy this repo: https://github.com/shihaocao/lodestar
# Work:
- Clone repo and build codebase (complete)
- Create module for teensy to talk to the motor
- Create python script to confirm that the microcontroller can communicate with the laptop (in progress - will be done by 3/17)
