Figure out what is going on for accounts this semester and update the tutorial

The tutorial/way we handle accounts has not been updated to reflect the name changes in CDS teams, and also probably not in line with how we want to do accounts for this semester. The overall login scheme is not in my area of expertise, so if y'all could take a look at this before the new members all try to log in and can't tomorrow, that would be greatly appreciated.
