Ranked choice votes offer no auditing and can hide write ins

If two voters write in the same candidate, but one mispells it, those votes will not count to the same candidate. There needs to be some mechanism to audit, to make sure a write in isn't being swept under the table because of a situation like this, and there needs to be a way to reconcile and normalise write ins.
