Description
I'd like to be able to upload cover photos for profiles. Maximum size should be something like 600x130, not too big. There will need to be a new LDAP attribute added. Cropping should also work, using similar code to profile picture cropping.

Locate the existing profile picture cropping code and the profile LDAP attribute handling first. Define the cover photo size limit, upload and cropping behavior, and the new LDAP attribute; the work is done when profiles can store and display cropped cover photos within the requested dimensions.
