Reasons for Signing a Packet

I think it would be really cool if after you signed someone's packet a little text box opened up and you could write down a reason you signed the person's packet.

Preferably it would only be available on packet.csh.rit.edu

Is this difficult to add to packet?

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the packet signing flow and reviewing how signed packets are stored, then define completion as collecting a reason after signing and making it available only on packet.csh.
