I believe this can be resolved by adding a `min-height: 47px` (or the `em` equivalent) to `.navbar-brand`.

No stylesheet or test file is named; start by locating the .navbar-brand rule in the Bootstrap theme CSS and compare the navbar with and without brand text. Done means the logo is fully displayed when no navbar-brand text is supplied, without breaking the text case.
