Cannot delete uploaded image from major project form

Problem:
There's no way to delete or replace an uploaded image. It stays attached with no remove/clear option.

Solution:
An "X" button should let the user delete the uploaded image before submitting.

Start at the major project form and trace how its uploaded image is displayed and submitted. Add an X control that removes or replaces the selected image before submission, then verify the form no longer submits the removed image.
