Add Committee Meetings to Intro Evals Page Pt. 2

Would keep all information that an evals director would want on the intro evals page. Everything else for an intro member's requirements is shown in the table view, except for their directorship meetings.

Add the list of directorship meetings to the intro-evals drop-down, in the same format as the technical seminar section

Start by reviewing issue #348 and the intro-evals dropdown, especially the technical seminar section whose format should be reused. Trace how that page data is assembled, then add directorship meetings while preserving the other evaluation information. Done means an intro member’s directorship meetings appear in the dropdown in the same format as technical seminars.
