SettingsCard not showing with uno project for iOS or Android exception method not found

### Describe the bug

I created a sample project using Uno 5.1 and CommunityTooklit 8 focusing on trying to use the SettingsCard. This project seems to work correctly on windows but throws an exception when i try to run in iOS or Android.

Attached is the sample program that shows the error

Inizia decomprimendo TestSettingsCard.zip ed eseguendo l’esempio su iOS o Android in un IDE su macOS; confronta il problema di inizializzazione con Windows. Traccia l’inizializzazione di SettingsCard e l’eccezione “method not found”, quindi verifica che il controllo venga visualizzato su entrambe le destinazioni mobili senza l’eccezione.
