Unable to move PACKAGE DIST error

### Describe the bug

Seem to always see this on first run, sometimes more often. We should ensure we update or see if there's a resolution or workaround for this somewhere...

Reproduisez l’échec intermittent en compilant le WASM head dans une expérience, puis inspectez Uno.Wasm.Bootstrap.targets à la ligne 175 et ShellTask.cs autour des lignes 1282-1287, où dist_work est déplacé dans le répertoire dist final.
