Support for assets in a samples/docs

## Problem Statement

Would be nice to include an Assets folder in the sample project template so you can refer to local images in a sample or doc.

Start by locating the sample project template referenced in the issue and inspect how its files are laid out. Add an Assets folder to the template so samples or documentation can refer to local images, then verify that a generated sample project includes the folder and supports those references.
