Can't Login again if cancel first attempt

1. Click Sign In
2. Close the dialog (instead of choosing an account to login)
3. Click Sign In again... nothing happens

Expect to see dialog again...

FYI @shweaver-MSFT not sure if this is fixed in newer release if related to button or something else or in sample itself?

Restarting the app works, but same problem occurs if you reproduce the steps.

Start by reproducing the issue with the listed Sign In and dialog-cancellation steps, then inspect the sign-in flow used by the app. Done means cancelling the first attempt no longer prevents the dialog from appearing when Sign In is clicked again, without restarting the app.
