What problem are you trying to solve?
Sometimes, I just want to deny an action, but the Agent should take this as some signal, instead of aborting the whole run.
What would improve it?
Looks obvious to me. OpenCode also seems to stop the run in this case. Others, like Codex are better IMHO, because they just tell the model that the command was denied (although might cause risk in case the model then tries circumventing things).
