Description
What problem are you trying to solve?
We are not able to resume sessions that we used in cli version of commandcode. The UX should be seamless and we should be able to continue the work in both softwares instead of starting from scratch in GUI by creating new sessions with no context of ongoing work.
What would improve it?
This will make the experience seamless.

Research direction
Start by mapping how the CLI and GUI currently create and resume sessions, since the issue does not name files, tests, or entry points. Define the shared session behavior and verify that work started in the CLI can be continued in the GUI, and vice versa, without losing context.
