Reproduction steps
  1. Send a prompt
  2. In the empty input text to Write a message, press cmd+c
  3. request is Interrupted
Expected behavior

do not cancel the current prompt

Actual behavior

When a user presses cmd+c in the empty prompt input field it cancels the ongoing request
