[Bug]: Running multiple commands in parralel does not work

This issue i see on windows, but you cannow select windows as operating system here .. see https://github.com/CommandCodeAI/desktop/issues/19

reproduction steps:
Have one "chat" do a task
Start another chat in another folder/project.

Output:

Something went wrong
The agent stopped unexpectedly. Try again, or check the logs if it keeps happening.u

Expected behavior

Multiple AI tasks should work simultaneously

Actual behavior

The second task fails
