[Bug]: asking for permissions, even though "full access" is set

Operating System: Windows (I cannot select it in the Gitub template..), see https://github.com/CommandCodeAI/desktop/issues/19

I came into situations, where Command code desktop asked for permission, even though "full access" was granted, e.g. see the following screenshot:

I cammnot provide exact reproduction steps, but I beleve there are some cases when you run into it. I beleve the reproduction steps are not needed to fix this bug (basically to grant "every permission without asking")

Expected behavior

if "full access" (comparable with "command-code --yolo" (?) is set, command code should not ask for permissions.

it askes for permissions
