Request: Chinese (Simplified) localization support for the desktop app

Hi maintainers,

First of all, thank you for building Command Code Desktop — the visual workspace is genuinely polished, and the streaming agent view, integrated terminal, and line-level diff review make it a joy to use. I've been using it daily and really appreciate the work you've put in.

Feature request: I'd like to kindly request Chinese (Simplified) localization for the desktop app — both the UI strings and the documentation.

China is one of the largest developer communities in the world, with millions of developers who are comfortable with — and often strongly prefer — tools that speak their language. While many of us can read English, a native Chinese interface dramatically lowers the barrier to entry for a much wider audience:

• Massive user base: Chinese-speaking developers are a huge, fast-growing market for AI coding tools. Localization would make the app immediately approachable to them.
• Better onboarding & retention: First-time users are far more likely to stay when the UI and docs are in their native language, reducing friction in installation and feature discovery.
• Stronger community & ecosystem: A Chinese-friendly app would attract more contributors, translators, and community evangelists, which feeds back into the project's growth.
• Competitive edge: Most mainstream AI coding IDEs and CLIs now ship with first-class Chinese support. Adding it keeps Command Code Desktop competitive in one of the biggest markets.

If a full i18n framework feels like a big lift right now, even a partial win would help — for example:

1. UI locale file(s) for Simplified Chinese (can start with the most-used screens like onboarding, session list, and settings).
2. Chinese translation of the README and key docs.

I'd be happy to help contribute translations or test a localized build if that's useful. Thanks again for your great work, and thanks for considering this!

• 竞争优势：目前主流 AI 编程 IDE 和 CLI 大多已提供一流的中文支持。补齐这项能力，能让 Command Code Desktop 在最大的市场之一保持竞争力。

如果现在就上完整的 i18n 框架工作量比较大，哪怕先做部分也很有帮助，例如：

1. 为简体中文提供界面语言文件（可以先从最常用的界面做起，如新手引导、会话列表和设置页）。
2. 将 README 和关键文档翻译成中文。
