Research direction
Start by reproducing the API requests during the reported 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. window and record the returned rate-limit values for the DeepSeek v4.1 flash model. The payload names no repository files, tests, or entry points; done would require identifying why the limit falls toward 40–50 and confirming behavior remains near 200.
