Application icon / title on the taskbar falshing on windows taskbar

Summary

On Windows 11, when I start Command Code with cmdc in Windows Terminal, the application’s icon / title on the taskbar (appears as a white rectangle) flashes every few seconds. This is very distracting and interrupts focus while working. v1.53.1

Expected Behavior

Adding a flag in the settings, such as "Disable title flashing".

Actual Behavior
