Description
Summary
In yolo mode, the /goal validation sometimes doesn’t function correctly. I’m not sure what triggers it, and I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue reliably. Apologies for the vague report.
Expected Behavior
/goal is correctly reflected
Actual Behavior
/goal is not correctly reflected
Steps to reproduce the issue
As noted above, the reproducibility is unclear. That said, this behavior tends to happen with relatively high frequency when /goal is executed as the first command in yolo mode.

Research direction
Start with the /goal command when yolo mode is enabled, especially when it is the first command, using the reported v1.32.2 environment on Windows with PowerShell 7. Investigate the behavior across repeated runs because reproduction is inconsistent. Done means /goal is correctly reflected in yolo mode, including when executed first.
