Scroll bar at the top

Summary

Whenever Command Code displays an interactive question or a list of choices, the Tabby terminal viewport automatically jumps to the top of the terminal history.

As a result, the newly displayed question is no longer visible, and I must manually scroll back to the bottom before I can read and answer it.

I am using Tabby (termninal interface) -on linux

Expected Behavior

The terminal should remain scrolled to the bottom so that the interactive question and its available choices are immediately visible.

Actual Behavior

The terminal viewport jumps to the top of the scrollback history whenever an interactive question appears. I must manually scroll back to the bottom to see and answer the question.
This happens every time Command Code presents an interactive question or choice prompt.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open Command Code in the Tabby terminal on Linux.
Start a session that causes Command Code to display an interactive question or multiple-choice prompt.
Wait for the question to appear.
Observe the terminal’s scroll position.

The issue appears to be related to how the terminal viewport or scroll position is handled when an interactive prompt is rendered. Normal output does not appear to require this manual scrolling.
