Summary
Command code cannot finish learning if it has to read a lot of sessions from codex or Claude code.
Expected Behavior
It should be able to complete learning from codex or Claude code
Actual Behavior
It fails after processing for a while
Steps to reproduce the issue
Have multiple sessions on codex.
Switch to command code
