Description
Summary
When the agent decides to rewrite a file instead of modifying, the terminal user interface does not show any indication of an existing file or an overwrite, and also afterwards just says that a new file has been created or something like that.
Expected Behavior
There should be a clear indication that an existing file is to be overwritten and also that it has been overwritten in the log or history when one scrolls back.
Actual Behavior
See the description above.
Steps to reproduce the issue

Research direction
Reproduce the overwrite scenario on Windows using version 0.30.2 and inspect the terminal UI and history output for file recreation. Done means the interface distinguishes overwriting an existing file from creating a new file both before the operation and in the recorded log.
