Alot of screen flickering

Summary

TUI auto-scrolls to bottom and flickers while reviewing pending edits,
preventing scroll-up review

Expected Behavior

When scrolling the TUI while accepting or rejecting changes, I expect to be
able to scroll up freely and read what the model edited/did. The view should
stay wherever I scroll until I choose to move, so I can review any part of the
screen and confirm changes at my own pace.

Actual Behavior

Instead of letting me review the edits, the screen flickers and snaps me back
to the very bottom, where I can only see the latest edits. Even at the bottom
of the screen the flickering continues — the TUI appears to keep
refreshing/re-rendering.

1. Start a session where the model makes edits requiring accept/reject.
2. While changes are pending, scroll up to read earlier edits.
3. Observe the view jump back to the bottom.

Impact

• Cannot scroll up to review edits before accepting/rejecting.
• Screen flickers constantly (continuous re-render), even when scrolled to the
  bottom.
• Forced to bottom of output, only latest edits visible.

Aucun fichier source, test ou point d’entrée n’est nommé. Reproduisez le problème dans la TUI sur macOS avec zsh et iTerm2 tout en examinant les modifications en attente, puis suivez le comportement du défilement et de l’actualisation. C’est terminé lorsque la vue reste à la position de défilement choisie sans scintillement continu pendant l’examen de accept/reject.
