Custom Agents Don't Work

Summary

I use custom agents heavily in 4 other tools; they dont work in CMD. This includes:

• Can't invoke a specific agent in prompt
• One agent can't automatically invoke another agent
• Handoffs don't work between agents if orchestration is required

Expected Behavior

1. Ability to invoke orchestrator/master agent
2. The master agent identifies intent and delegates sub agents for research with an observable Delegation Prompt
3. The master agent reads the context returned by subagent

Steps to reproduce the issue

Reproduction:
While I can't share my custom agents, the speckit framework remains the easiest way to reproduce the issue. It is available with almost all coding tools https://github.com/github/spec-kit. It takes hardly 5 mins to reproduce; install speckit, and try to run the speckit commands /specify, /plan /analyze.

Inizia riproducendo il problema in VS Code con il framework speckit e i comandi /specify, /plan e /analyze. Confronta l’invocazione di agenti personalizzati, i prompt di delega, i passaggi di consegne e il contesto restituito; il lavoro è completato quando l’orchestratore può delegare ai sottoagenti e utilizzare il loro contesto come descritto.
