Description
Expected Behavior
Creates files automatically without asking.
Implements implentation plans automatically.
Doesn't interrupt at all - even not for user mode selection.
Actual Behavior
documented:
Create File perms -- Also asks frequently across session even after selecting "Yes, allow all in this session":
-
is NOT caused by context compact.
-
requires user mode selection instead of straight up working (thats whats YOLO is kinda for)
-
should auto implement the plan as soon as planing mode is done.

Research direction
Reproduce v0.25.11 on Windows in Hyper terminal with YOLO mode enabled, focusing on file-creation permission prompts, user mode selection, and plan execution. Trace the CLI entry points handling these prompts; done means YOLO creates files, skips repeated permission and mode-selection interruptions, and automatically implements the plan.
