描述
Implement the effect for the internet level spellbook so that when the player triggers the effect, it will briefly summon an NPC that will perform a small animation (art can be added later.) The NPC is "grandpa" (of grandpa's book).
If there's time, try to fill in the lore blurb for the spellbook and any other information associated with it.
