Add a “Tools” tab below embedded video

(This is low priority, but I don't know how to add a label!) Below every video there is a set of tabs, some videos have “Description” and “References” and you can switch between them, I think there should be a tab that says “Tools”. Here are a few examples of what it might say:
Example 1:
1. Visual Studio Code + HTTP Server
- You can also just use the p5 web editor
3. P5.JS
4. Chrome

Example 2:
1. p5 Web Editor (on Chrome)
2. P5.JS

Example 3:
1. ML5.JS
2. P5 Web Editor
3. P5.JS

Start by locating the React entry point that renders the tabs below embedded videos and checking how each video's Description and References content is supplied. Review the existing tab behavior and the examples in this issue, then confirm the intended Tools content and verify that the new tab appears correctly without disrupting videos that lack it.
