Difference between p5.Image and p5.Graphics

I would like to see Dan explain why p5.Image and p5.Graphics are ideologically different and how to use those correctly (when to use what).

P.S. From my perspective those two are intended for the same purpose and should be merged.

The issue does not identify a documentation file, example, or test, and completion criteria would need to be agreed on for an explanation of their differences and appropriate uses.
