Processing jam

Who would be interested in participating in a processing jam?
Just like a game jam, people would have a limited amount of time (24h? 48? A week?) + a theme to make "something" either in teams, or solo. This would be a remote jam, so no need to go anywhere, you can do it from your home :dancer: Your project can be as simple or as involved as you want, but of course I encourage maximum creativity and involvement!

I think this could be done under the coding rainbow umbrella (see what I did there?) and I wouldn't mind organizing it through itch.io or some website like that if other people are interested in participating. Obviously, it would be of great help if Daniel could participate, endorse , judge or simply be the "spokesperson" or "embassador" of this event. But I know he's busy and he already does so much for the community, I wouldn't want to put the burden on him.

Ideally, I would like this to be very open to any kind of interactive (or non interactive) sketch done in processing. Also, open to any technology related to processing (p5.js, processing, Python mode, whatever you want to use) and as inclusive as possible as well : whatever you are, like, want, you can be a part of it. This jam would be done following the "rainbow" philosophy Daniel has been moving forward.

It can be games, art, arduino stuff, a meatball, whatever, as long as people can see/hear/feel (?) some sort of result and maybe even interact with your creations. I would also like to add that it would be really cool if all the projects could be open source, as that would open up a lot of examples and show beginners interesting approaches and techniques to programming as well as what processing is capable of. The examples included in processing are very useful, but this would make for a resource of real-life usages of processing in a creative context.

I do know some people would be iffy about this, but I would really like to go forward with an "as open as possible, for everyone" kind of philosophy. Also, since it's done in a jam context, it might not be the best or most important project of your life, so you might as well share as much as you can. I really care about this aspect and I think it could be an amazing part of it.

Another aspect of the jam is that it could be ranked (which would allow for some exposure for the most interesting projects) and there could even be prizes if that is something you guys would be interested in. I'm not quite sure about this aspect, as not everyone is interested in the competitive aspect of jams, but as I said : I'm open and I want your opinions.

Let me know what you guys think below and upvote this if this seems like something you would like to be a part of! I would like to make this jam a great venue for creativity and sharing, as well as an amazing opportunity to show what you can do with processing.

After the jam is done, I am open to showcase the projects in a stream myself, or if Daniel is open to it, he could maybe chose the best projects and show them in one of his videos. Again, I don't want to put any kind of responsibility on him, but as he is a very important and known person in the processing community, I feel like his participation would bring more credibility to this event.
