[Coding Challenge] Image glitch effect

Hello, Dan!

It would be cool to see your implementation of image glitch effect, based on some pixel sorting algorithm or whatever.

Here is my implementation in vanilla JS: https://github.com/vanelizarov/image-glitch
Currently, it works only for grayscaled images.
I've also supplied the description of the algorithm.

Review the linked vanilla JavaScript implementation and its algorithm description first. The issue does not identify a repository entry point, test, or defined completion criteria, so the intended CodingTrain example and supported image behavior would need to be clarified before implementation.
