Challenge: The 24 Game or Countdown Numbers Game

Create code that can solve a math algorithm for either the 24 Game or Countdown Numbers Game, both are about the same problem but the 24 Game would be considered a bit easier and then maybe even implement (if you even need to) the changed to turn it into a countdown game.

Googling the 24 Game, it seams like this is a popular coding challenge, as you can see here
