Port brainstorming.

What ports should we do? Here is a list, I will add to it and remove from it as we brainstorm ports.
Ideas:

- C# with .NET and SDL.NET (https://github.com/DiegoG1019/SDL2.NET) (I need help with ideas for other/better graphics solutions)
- C++ with SDL? (maybe CMake or Premake?)
- Rust with nannou?? (nannou is a creative coding library)

Other ideas are open!
