Migrating away from Simply

Simply is annoying. We wanna move away from them.

Things that needs to be solved before we can migrate:
* Simply is hosting our public webpage, and also our wikisite. These websites are built with PHP, which I know absolutely nothing about. We could probably figure out a way to host this on our new server, but I'm not certain it's worth the effort.
* Simply is right now configuring our DNS service, which is the thing making appendix.bleckhornen.org point to the new website. We need to use a new DNS service if we want to move away.
* We need to find a new mailserver solution. Emails to our domain (email addresses ending in @bleckhornen.org) are managed by Simply.

Right now the new Blindtarmen is hosted on [Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)](https://www.oracle.com/cloud/sign-in.html).

Start by inventorying how the PHP public webpage and wiki are currently hosted through Simply, then review the new Blindtarmen deployment on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Determine replacement hosting, DNS, and mailserver arrangements, and consider the migration complete when the websites, appendix.bleckhornen.org, and domain email no longer depend on Simply.
