Description

**Background**

After having trainees send applications, receive feedback, and have interviews, we can see if trainees felt satisfied with feedback received and if they ran into any problems with the interviews or applications that we could tackle in a future iteration of the Launch. We can additionally ask for the volunteer thoughts on the process.

**Acceptance Criteria**

- We have decided on a way to get feedback from trainees and volunteers, e.g. making forms or asking for feedback directly on Slack.
- Use the decided method to get feedback.
