## Acceptance criteria

- [ ] You can run your server locally on port 3100
- [ ] The endpoint `http://127.0.0.1:3100/health` returns `OK`
- [ ] You can access your frontend locally on port 3000.
- [ ] The endpoint `http://127.0.0.1:3000` returns the web page for the video recommendations
