🚀 Deploy database on supabase

## Acceptance criteria

- [ ] The `videorec` database is deployed on supabase
- [ ] The deployed database contains the `videos` table and at least 2 rows of sample data

## Guidance 🧭

Follow the [Supabase deployment guide](https://cyf-curriculum.netlify.app/guides/deploying/supabase/) in the curriculum to register and deploy your database. After finishing the steps make sure you load up the `db/initdb.sql`

首先解决或审查依赖项 #464，然后按照链接的 Supabase 部署指南操作。将 db/initdb.sql 加载到已部署的 videorec 数据库中，并验证 videos 表至少存在两行示例数据。完成的标准是数据库已部署在 Supabase 上，并且两个验收标准均已满足。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
