Publish Final Projects on new CYF website

## I want to do this:

- Build a Final Projects entry type in the Products channel of the new CYF website https://github.com/CodeYourFuture/cyf-main-website
- Have teams fill in the details of their final projects
- Showcase some final projects that we are super proud of

## Here’s why I want to do it:
- Our grads build so much cool stuff and so much of it gets lost
- I'd like to show off about their work
- And I'd like to inspire trainees and prospective members of our community

## Here’s how it serves our goals:
- It's a useful, small-ish, production quality UI that would really enhance someone's portfolio
- Our trainees represent us!

## This is how much time I can put towards this change:
- I have built a new website that would make this a reasonably approachable task
- This is a dependent change on #3

## This is the help I need from others to get this done (if any):
- Someone to do #3
- CYF Products and Final Projects volunteers to fill in the entries
