Highlight Founders/Maintainers for Project pages

People looking to join a project often need/want to contact the current project team to find out status, details, how they can help, etc. That's hard because it isn't clear who to contact among a large team.

It would help if Founders and Maintainers were listed first (and maybe even highlighted somehow?) on the list of team members.

Start by locating the Project pages and the code that renders their team-member list. Check how founder and maintainer roles are represented, then implement ordering or highlighting so those members are easy to identify; done means the intended team members appear first or are visibly highlighted on project pages.
