Highlight Founders/Maintainers for Project pages

People looking to join a project often need/want to contact the current project team to find out status, details, how they can help, etc. That's hard because it isn't clear who to contact among a large team.

It would help if Founders and Maintainers were listed first (and maybe even highlighted somehow?) on the list of team members.
