[Front end] Recommender system

The Recommender System front end should be able to give:
- Patient information form
- Drug summary and comparison of drugs
- User can provide a URL or upload a PDF of clinical trial/drug website, ask questions to a chatbot
- We will also provide a list of available clinical trials
- Drug reviews

该 issue 未指明文件、测试或入口点。首先调研现有的 React.js 前端，并将所请求的患者表单、药物比较、文档聊天机器人、临床试验列表和评价拆分为范围彼此独立的工作；只有为每项功能都确定了经各方同意的实现方案和验收标准，才算完成。
