"Unstarted Projects" and "Completed Projects" should be visibly disctinct from current ones

Unsure if this is a new status of the existing "Project" content-type, or if it's a different thing where "completed projects" become "Case Studies". I'm leaning toward the first, but am open to the latter (I do think it would provide additional marketing value to better-customize pages based on content goals)
