✨ Ignore files in .gitignore

### Description

We should be ignoring files in .gitignore if it is present at any level in the project or at least give the users the option to do so.

This will prevent these files from being included in searches or open quickly. It should also make the icon transparent in the project navigator.

首先找出 project navigator、search 和 Open Quickly 的進入點，這些進入點會決定要包含哪些檔案。確認專案任何層級的 .gitignore 或選擇加入設定應如何影響這些檢視畫面與檔案圖示。完成的標準是，被忽略的檔案會一致地從搜尋與快速開啟中排除，且 project navigator 圖示為透明。
