🐞 Lag when selecting certain settings menus

### Description

When using the arrow keys to navigate between the settings menu, there is a noticeable lag when selecting these four menus: `General`, `Navigation`, `Themes`, `Text Editing`. This does not happen with the other settings menus, as they load in quickly are responsive.

### To Reproduce

1. Open the settings menu
2. Select the `Terminal` menu
3. Using your arrow keys, quickly navigate between the `Terminal` and `Locations` menus. Notice how responsive it is.
4. Now navigate throughout the rest of the menu and notice there is a pause between selecting the mentioned settings menus.

### Expected Behavior

There can't be lag when quickly navigating between settings menus.
